Elon Musk Hits Back At Wall Street Journal’s Scandalous Report

Elon Musk has been in the headlines a lot recently, and the most recent was a report from The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) claiming he had been having an affair with Google co-founder, Sergey Brin’s now ex-wife. Musk was very quick to respond to the allegations on Twitter, giving The Wall Street Journal a lot of backlash.

Musk first addressed this on Twitter by responding to another user mentioning the story, saying:

“This is total bs. Sergey and I are friends and were at a party together last night!”

“I’ve only seen Nicole twice in three years, both times with many other people around. Nothing romantic.”

To back this up, Musk went to the length of sending a photo of himself and Brin at the party to prove the WSJ wrong.

Many other users on the social media platform chimed in. One un-earthing an old post from Elon Musk about how ‘political attacks’ will dramatically escalate over the next months. Musk responded to this as well, stating that his work commitments don’t leave him any time for ‘shenanigans’.

Musk went on to hit back at The Wall Street Journal, claiming that as supposedly high-standard journalism, they should be releasing stories that actually matter. The Tesla CEO takes this one step further by then responding to a meme that someone has created about the WSJ, with just a ‘cry-laughing’ emoji.
